I am Joshua Hayes, a full-stack developer and technical SEO based in Fort Worth, Texas. I work where marketing, software, and data meet, which is where most business problems end up.
I started in automotive digital marketing, taught myself to code to fix the data problems I kept hitting, and now lead development on a production SaaS. That mix is rare, and it is what I offer.

RE/AMP: a production multi-tenant SaaS
I lead development of RE/AMP, a real estate transaction and investor operations platform. I started the codebase in March 2024 and have made 2,500+ of its 5,000+ commits.
One inventory system feeding two ad platforms
At World Car Auto Group I built a Go pipeline and API that syncs vehicle inventory to Google and Facebook. It is still in use today.

I built state, county, and city landing pages with their own metadata and JSON-LD, plus job pages with JobPosting markup that averaged about 460 users per month over nine months, per GA4.

Where I work
The difficult parts of a business usually live between systems. A website feeds an ad platform, which feeds a report, which drives a budget decision.
I have run SEO and paid search for 13 dealerships, and I have written the code behind the feeds, pages, and dashboards. So I can plan the strategy, build it, and measure it without handing work between three vendors.
